Amendment

USDA NATURAL RESOURCES CONSERVATION SERVICE
COLORADO CIVIL RIGHTS ADVISORY COMMITTEE

The bylaws of USDA NATURAL RESOURCES CONSERVATION SERVICE COLORADO CIVIL RIGHTS ADVISORY COMMITTEE, are hereby amended to include as an addition following:

ARTICLE III
Member

Section 1:  The committee will be composed of term limited voting members and permanent advisory, non-voting members appointed by the State Conservationist.

Voting members include*:

Officers/Representatives Special Emphasis Program Managers
(SEPM)
Chair American Indian/Alaska Native SEPM
Vice-Chair Asian American/Pacific Islander SEPM
Secretary Black SEPM
State Office Representative Hispanic SEPM
Area Representative Disability SEPM
State Conservation Board Representation Federal Women's Program SEPM
* A person may serve as both a state/area representative and an SEPM; or as a state/area representation and an officer.
