Function/Responsibility
The Human Resources staff are dedicated to implementing innovative and proactive
Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines. The staff implement national
policies including the areas of merit promotion, position classification, employee
relations,
performance management, incentive awards, telecommuting, quality of work life,
employee suggestions, and benefits.The primary goal of HR is to be responsive to
the human resources needs of NRCS.
