The Saguache Watershed is located in south central Colorado in portions of
Mineral, Rio Grande, and Saguache counties. The watershed includes approximately
112 farms on 201,896 acres. The watershed is in an area which produces a variety of crops including
potatoes, barley, oats, wheat, hayland, and legumes. This area of the state
contains about 15 percent of Colorado's irrigated land. Additional data
