How to apply to participate in the Environmental Quality Incentives Program/EQIP

• Review the Eligible Conservation Practices at the link below.
• Review the Ranking Criteria for your location (below).
• Contact your USDA NRCS Field Service Center to apply for participation in the EQIP, and work with the USDA staff throughout the process.
• Complete the application using the NRCS-CPA-1200, Conservation Program Application and NRCS-CPA-1202, Conservation Program Appendix forms.   You may complete and print the form Online. 
• Take your information and/or application to your USDA NRCS Field Service Center
