REMARKS:
The potential exists for sediment and fire debris to damage irrigation delivery systems, irrigated cropland, and water quality to the Naturita Creek Fish Habitat. The San Miguel Basin Conservation District agrees to cover the 25% sponsors share with $91,000.

Request: $273,000 Financial Assistance and $55,000 Technical Assistance to cover the cost for emergency work during the remainder of the  2002 fiscal year.
