The potential exists for sediment and fire debris to damage; buildings on both sites, water quality in Horse Creek and Fourmile Creek, Denver Water and Gold Medal Fishery of the South Platte River, water supply at both sites, roads on the Fletcher Ranch (Highway 67 and county roads).
